The Japanese bike manufacturer has launched this unique initiative to promote their sales and service in these tough times. Moreover, this will not just attract customers but will also promote social distancing and ensure the safety of everyone. The Suzuki at your Doorstep program is a doorstep sales and after-sales service platform that will ensure meeting the customer demand in this COVID era. This program will enable the customers to buy, test-ride and also opt for after-sales services at the click of a button.
Suzuki Two-wheelers India says that this door-step service program will be expanded across over 112 Indian cities. The customers can purchase their favourite Suzuki bike in just 5 simple steps. These include booking of desired Suzuki bike on the company's official website, followed by the selection of colour, then location and dealer selection, and finally choosing the payment mode and date & time for delivery. The company says that soon it will also offer easy financing on online purchase of any two-wheeler.
Commenting on the launch of Suzuki at your Doorstep program, Mr Koichiro Hirao, Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd said, "We are pleased to introduce Suzuki at your doorstep program that enables customers to purchase their desired two-wheeler as per their convenience through their mobile phones and laptops."
He further added, "The online booking, doorstep delivery and service of Suzuki vehicles have been introduced keeping the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees at the core of the initiative. With our online sales solution, we look forward to bring in positivity in the two-wheeler segment and the overall industry post-COVID-19."
Suzuki Two-wheelers is also taking bookings through a toll-free number 1800-121-7996 along with an option of connecting the call to the nearest dealership. The company is also providing door-step test drive facilities and to ensure everyones safety, the test-rides vehicles will be properly sanitized. Additionally, doorstep assistance will also be provided to fix minor faults or for regular servicing and the customers within a five-kilometre radius of the dealership can also avail doorstep vehicle pick up and drop-off facility.
In other news, Suzuki has recently also launched the BS6-compliant versions of its quarter-litre motorcycles, the Gixxer 250 and the Gixxer SF 250.
