In a recent piece of information, TVS has once attained the highest on-road mileage of 110.12 km/l from its Sport BS6 Model. This milestone was achieved by Mr Pavitra Patro who covered a total distance of 1021.90 km and the total fuel consumption came out to be 9.28 litres.
Under the United India Ride Series, Mr Patro started his journey on August 8 and finished five days later that is August 13, 2020. This is the second time TVS Sport has achieved a record like this. In 2019, the TVS Sport in its BS4 avatar achieved a record-breaking efficiency of 76.4 km/l and the route taken was the Golden Quadrilateral.
The TVS Sport BS6 comes with a 110cc duralife engine powered by Ecothrust fuel injection. This technology allows the motor to deliver an additional 15% of the mileage. This also allows better startability in the majority of the conditions and better refinement with smooth and consistent engine performance.
Design-wise, the BS6 model gets updated graphics, stylish headlamp followed by taillamp and is the only motorcycle to get first-in-segment daytime running lights. For a smoother and comfortable ride, the Sport comes with extra long seat and five-step adjustable shock absorbers.
TVS Sport BS6 is available in Black red, Black blue, Volcano red, White purple, Mercury grey and White red. The bike is available in two variants - Kick Start with Alloy and Self Start with Alloy. The prices stick to Rs 53,367 and Rs 59,029 respectively.
