Last Updated On 20th Dec'23 : The Benelli Imperiale 400, a retro-style motorcycle inspired by classic British bikes, maintains a simple and elegant design reminiscent of the 1950s and 1960s. While there haven't been recent updates on the Imperiale, rival Royal Enfield has introduced the production model of the Shotgun 650, bringing new excitement to the market.
Benelli Imperiale 400 Price Reduction: Benelli motorcycles launched the Imperiale 400 cruiser bike in India back in 2019. The Imperiale motorcycle became the most affordable cruiser from the premium Italian motorcycling brand, here in India. As the competition of the Imperiale is with the very well-established rivals such as the Royal Enfield Meteor & Honda H’ness 350; Benelli is witnessing a low sales figure for the Imperiale 400 in India consistently. To reduce the wear & tear caused by the friendly brands; Benelli has decided to reduce the pricing of the Imperiale 400 bike in India. The BS6 Imperiale 400 was launched at Rs. 1.99 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi and it were around 30,000 rupees more expensive than its original launch price of 2019. The price of the Benelli Imperiale 400 BS6 has been reduced by 10,000 rupees and so in this article, we will be comparing its price with its rivals. The new Benelli Imperiale 400 is powered by a BS6 compliant 374cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine. This new motor churns out 21 PS of power at 6000 RPM and 29 Nm of peak torque at 3500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
