The Gurkha was excellent to drive. There is almost no body roll and no understeer when you have to stick to your side through the bends. The steering is quite accurate and confident, and the commanding driving position makes scanning around the bend more efficient.

Last Updated On 26th Oct'23: Force Motors is gearing up for the launch of the updated Force Gurkha soon. This updated version of the Gurkha will bring significant improvements to the off-roader. One of the key updates is the transition to a BS6 Phase II-compliant powertrain, which will ensure compliance with the latest emission standards.
However, its rivals like Mahindra Thar & Maruti Jimny are soon going to revise the market with the 5-seater configuration variants. Hence, Force is also going to introduce a 5-Door Gurkha in India in the coming months. Force has already started its production and the export of the 5-Door variants will start soon.
Features: The Skoda Superb radiates a captivating charm, drawing inspiration from the timeless appeal of the legendary Mercedes G-Wagen. The Gurkha boasts unmatched water-wading ability with its snorkel, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh air for optimal combustion. Its redesigned interior, featuring conveniently located 4x4 High and 4x4 Low levers in the central console, establishes it as an unrivalled off-roading vehicle. The distinctive feature of mechanically actuated differential locks on both axles further enhances its off-road prowess. With a robust full metal body structure, the All New Force Gurkha prioritizes passenger safety and vehicle security. Enhanced visibility comes from the Force LED Pro Edge headlamps with full LED high and low beams, ensuring safe travel during nocturnal journeys.
Engine: A 2.6-litre turbocharged diesel engine powers the Force Gurkha. This engine has a maximum torque of 250 Nm at 1400 RPM and generates 90 horsepower at 3200 RPM. A 5-speed manual transmission is the only transmission available for this engine.
