We have showcased you several modified German cars and mostly, Skoda's and Volkswagen's. How these budget Rapid, Polo and Vento turn out to be every car enthusiasts dream and some who own it, they hate to keep it stock. We have a similar Volkswagen Vento today which gets a 1.2L TSI motor and the sedan has now been modified.

Sharing with you the stock mechanical power then it gets a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine which is now discontinued. Yes, with the country moving towards the BS6 emission norms, a newer 1.0-litre, the three-cylinder engine was introduced and Volkswagen had to ditch this four-cylinder unit.

In its stock form, this 1.2-litre engine used to make 103 bhp at 5000 RPM with a peak torque of 175 Nm at 1500-4100 RPM. A 7-speed DSG was slick at that time. Now, this modified Vento gets Pete's Performance ECU tune and the power output is now 130 bhp.
This one also gets a Lap47 Decat downpipe with a Borla Pro XS Catback exhaust system along with Forge motorsport blow-off valve. Among these, it also gets a Euro-spec air channel guide and D2 racing coilovers. To further reduce the braking distance it gets EBC brake rotors and yellow stuff brake pads.
The owner has gone a notch up and has replaced the stock steering wheel with an OEM spec Volkswagen Tiguan one. This one also gets paddle shifters which give the command directly to the driver. The torque figures are still unknown on this one.

To further give the sedan a meaner look, it gets custom lowering springs and at the front, it receives GTI Bi-xenon headlights. It now sits on 17-inch OZ Racing Superturismo GT rims which are wrapped in 205/45/17 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 rubber. To further bring out a real character, this one gets a black metallic painjob.
