Bajaj Pulsar 250 Twins Gets Dearer Again, Now Up To Rs 4,500

The Bajaj Pulsar has a long history in the Indian two-wheeler market, and the brand released 250 twins of the Pulsar last year, the N250 and F250. The F250 is a sportier half-faired version, while the N250 is a naked version of the same. Bajaj Auto hiked the price of the Bajaj Pulsar 250 twins in February, and the brand has now increased the price of these motorcycles once again.

The Pulsar N250 was formerly priced at Rs 1.39 lakh but has now been hiked by Rs 4,563 to Rs 1.43 lakh (ex-showroom). The F250 has received a price increase of Rs 4,064 putting the new price to Rs 1.44 lakh (ex-showroom). Along with the price hike, the bikes have recently received a new Caribbean Blue colour palette.

The Bajaj Pulsar N250 and F250 are equipped with a new 249cc engine that generates 24.1 bhp of power and 21.5 Nm of peak torque. A 5-speed constant mesh transmission is connected to the motor. The motorcycles have a tubular steel frame with a telescopic fork and mono-shock suspension. The motorcycles also have single-channel ABS for enhanced safety, as well as 300 mm disc brakes upfront and 240 mm disc brakes at the back.

Bajaj Auto is also working on a new generation 125cc Pulsar, which has been spotted camouflaged near the company's manufacturing base in Chakan, Pune. In terms of design, the new motorcycle is believed to be based on the latest generation of 250 twins. It will most likely have the same 124.6cc air-cooled engine as the current-generation Pulsar with some minor tweaks.
