It has not been long ago since MG Motor India broke the barriers and stereotypes that persisted in the automotive Industry. The carmaker had successfully rolled out 50,000 MG Hector from its manufacturing unit in Gujarat with the help of an all-women crew. The company has since then been powering through and leaping forward in presenting India with its best SUVs.
With the focus of presenting the country with the latest technology and gizmos through its cars, MG Motor India has come forward to reveal the design of the all-new MG One SUV. The Vehicle is all set for its global debut but interestingly, MG Motor has presented us with pictures of the new SUV to please our eyes even before its launch.
The design of the MG One SUV looks sleek. The newly constructed design based on the SIGMA architecture looks truly appealing and attractive. The lines on the sides flow with the unique appearance of the vehicle. This design surely has a positive visual impact that caters to the need of the period- a trendy and stylish SUV.
MG One Connectivity/Tech:
MG has always been upfront in implying and implementing powerful technology. The pioneering automaker has been capable of employing advanced electric architecture and best-in-class software technology to entertain and keep people connected while on the move, as connectivity is the key to the future.
Simplicity in design:
The design of the MG One SUV speaks for itself. The automaker has showcased two vibrant colours- bubble orange, and wilderness green which looks stunning on this SUV. The paint scheme along with the simple yet bold lines on the body adds to the fluid design nature of the vehicle. MG has truly embraced modern design elements which are to be seen on the vehicle.

This new-age design is an extraordinary example of creativity and stands as an entity that is unique and different from the usual new-age automobile designs.
Expected Features:
As for the features, the MG One seems to have LED headlamps and LED taillamps, alloy wheels and much more. The blacked-out floating roof design coupled with blacked-out pillars gives it a sleek finish. Adding to its unique design, the silver roof rails look contrasting with the blacked-out roof. The MG One SUV also seems to get an integrated spoiler and panoramic sunroof.
Engine and transmission:
The All-New MG One SUV gets few trims like 'Fashionable and Sporty'. The vehicle is likely to be equipped with a turbo petrol engine However, the details are yet to be revealed. The SUV could get the same powertrain seen on the Hector sold in India ie. the 1.5-litre engine that churns out 150 Ps of power and 250 Nm of torque with the help of a 6-speed manual transmission. The MG One could also come with other transmission choices such as a CVT or DCT.
Expected Price:
MG Could roll out the new One SUV priced approximately between Rs.13 Lakh to 17 Lakh in India. However, the exact price is yet to be revealed by MG Motors India.
