These figures outshine the non-turbo engines of the Magnite and Kiger on paper. Despite being a 3-cylinder unit, the C3 impresses with its low NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) levels. The gearing is well-suited, providing ample low-end torque for navigating traffic and handling speed breakers effortlessly, even in 2nd gear. Additionally, the non-turbo C3 performs admirably in terms of outright acceleration.

The second petrol engine is a 1199cc Puretech 110 unit, generating 110 bhp of power and 190 Nm of torque. These figures set a new benchmark in the segment and are sure to excite enthusiasts. The turbocharged engine delivers an extra dose of power across the rev range, with continuous torque flow and minimal turbo lag.

Both engines are paired with manual gearboxes, with the non-turbo unit equipped with a 5-speed transmission and the turbo variant featuring a 6-speed gearbox. Currently, there is no automatic transmission available, but it may be expected with the facelift model in the future.
