Should I buy the Kodiaq?
If you're in the market for a luxury 3-row SUV with an array of features, the Skoda Kodiaq is worth considering. It presents a premium cabin, numerous feel-good features, impressive ride quality, and other good road dynamics. However, if you desire a rugged appeal in your SUV coupled with a robust diesel engine, the Toyota Fortuner or the MG Gloster could better suit your requirements, as the Kodiaq is exclusively available with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine.
- Skoda has recently updated its main SUV in India, the Skoda Kodiaq. The front of the Skoda Kodiaq features an elegant yet modern look keeping in line with Skoda’s signature design language. It gets projector LED headlight setup. The fog lights are now directly below the redesigned headlights, and a new LED matrix light has been added. The entire front bumper and grille have been changed in the 2021 version of the Kodiaq.
- Apart from new alloy wheels with a focus on fuel efficiency, most of the Kodiaq's appearance remains the same. The rear lights have been replaced with new lighting systems, and the bumper has been modified with redesigned light reflectors.

This aspect might be more noticeable because of choices in anti-roll bars, and our sample car's adjustable dampers didn't completely resolve this.

Exterior: Introducing the completely redesigned Škoda Kodiaq Laurin & Klement edition. While retaining signature elements like the chrome front grille, silver roof railings, and 18" dual-tone alloy wheels, this version stands out with exclusive features. The Laurin & Klement badge on the front wings and dynamic chassis control highlight its unique status.
