Tata Nexon iCNG

Last Updated on 26th Feb'24 : Tata Motors recently showcased a lineup of vehicles at the Bharat Mobility Show, including some set to hit the market soon. One of the highlights is the Tata Nexon iCNG, which shares the same dual-cylinder setup as the Punch iCNG.

Dimensions : The Tata Nexon i-CNG will measure 3995 mm in length, 1804 mm in width, and 1620 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2498 mm.

Ground Clearance : The Tata Nexon i-CNG will have a ground clearance of 208 mm.

Engine : The upcoming Nexon iCNG will come with a 1.2-litre Turbocharged petrol engine, making it the first-ever Turbocharged CNG option in passenger vehicles in India. It will use the same dual-cylinder technology found in other Tata Motors CNG cars.

Features : The upcoming Tata Nexon i-CNG will boast similar features to its standard variants, including a dual 10.25-inch display, automatic climate control, illuminated logo steering wheel, wireless connectivity, and more. What sets the Nexon i-CNG apart is its factory-fitted CNG system with advanced safety features like a micro switch, leak-proof materials, and thermal protection. It also features a single advanced ECU for smooth transitions between CNG and petrol modes, direct start on CNG, and automatic fuel switching for a hassle-free driving experience.

Price : The Tata Nexon iCNG is anticipated to be priced between Rs 8.00 Lakh and Rs 11.00 Lakh.

Rivals : The Tata Nexon iCNG will compete directly with the Maruti Brezza CNG.
