Keeway Motors has given a massive price cut to its fully faired & naked sports motorcycle the K300R & K300N. Keeway K300R now costs Rs. 2.65 lakh after a price reduction of Rs. 55,000 and the K300N is now priced at Rs 2.55 lakh (ex-showroom) after a reduction of Rs 30,000. All of the colour options are included in the new price, which will encourage more people to buy the motorcycle. The brand claims that the new price reduction has been implemented since the bike has received positive feedback, which has led the brand to reevaluate the anticipated import of units. As a result, it is now less expensive to import each motorcycle.

Keeway K300R & K300N Specifications
With striking graphics and an aggressive attitude, the Keeway K300R is a completely faired motorcycle. On the other hand, the K300N is a naked sports motorcycle with similar features to the K300R. A 292.4cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC, four-stroke, single cylinder engine powers both motorcycles. Its maximum output is 27.5 bhp and its maximum torque is 25 Nm. Both come equipped with a six-speed manual transmission and a slipper clutch as standard.
Both bikes are supported by steel trellis frames and 17-inch alloy wheels with tyre sizes of 110/70 R17 up front and 140/60 R17 at the back. They have dual-channel ABS and disc brakes on both ends for further security. The size of the front disc is 292 mm, while the rear disc is 220 mm. They also receive USD forks, and a centre monoshock handles the rear.

The K300R weighs 165 kg and has a more aggressive seating posture, while the K300N weighs 151 kg and has an upright riding stance. Both models have an accessible seat height of 795mm and 780mm. White, Red, and Black are the three striking colours that are offered for both the K300N and K300R. The LED lighting and the two riding modes, Eco and Sport, are additional feature highlights.
Verdict: The lower cost will enable Keeway to draw in additional customers for both 300cc motorcycles.
