    Today when visited them for replacing the windshield of my amaze 2019, the service engineer attended me gave me an estimation of Rs.12,000 and the time he wants to fix is minimum of 2 days. With his response I understood that either the service coordinators are under trained or not trained at all or trained to dupe the customers. Please don't take customers for granted. There are many ways available for everyone at finger tips to fact check. It is understood that it may not be possible to hold a rare moving part in stock readily, but the price he offered is very vague. Surprisingly I got it done at my doorstep for just Rs.5000.00, with guarantee for both the material and fixing.

    I have been there regular customer for the past 11 years. Please don't give ur car for service at this dealer now there service standards is worst now instead of servicing they damage your car and tell that the damage is there from beginning worst customer behaviour and Unethical process They have damaged the windshield and tell me it was allready there no intimation was give while servicing after i paid the bill while delivery I noticed and asked them about the damage they failed to explain. I have reported this issue to all my family and friend as a note of caution i will want the public to know the same and be aware of there behaviour

    I have purchased Honda Elevate from Metro Honda in Oct 2023. Sale service was decent as I received my my car on time. However, after sale every kind of service is below average. I have paid amount for TPMS which I was told that they will fix at the time of car delivery but they didn't as it was not available. Then I was told that it will be fixed at the time of first service. I agreed and give my car for service after a month and asked to fixed it and again they made excuses and it was not fixed. Now, I have bee asking for refund since last month and there is no proper answer and they keep making excuses.I am surprised with this substandard service from Honda and need to file a case before the legal authorities.

    Worst service ever l. The service executive won't even pick the call. They block u if u call them inquire about the vehicle. It's been more than 2 months since I gave my Honda Amaze for service. Even after completion of work they are so lazy that they don't even provide the bill to the insurer. Never expected such worst service from any service outlet. I very much regret giving them my vehicle for service. Should have given to some other Honda service outlet.

    Because of the road expansion and the dug up entry to the showroom, it doesn't give you the best look a Honda showroom should give. The lethargic and no enthusiasm sales team will be making you want to leave the showroom ASAP. The security guard and the parking will give you headache while parking or trying to get into the showroom. The cars within does make you want to enjoy the buying experience but when it's closed on Sunday, when do you make time for visit. The car delivery was an amazing experience. Loved the team and the presentation.
