    Recently been there to get my car serviced. After paying the bill I was shocked to see they sold Value added services in the name of essential services. When confronted about it they say we have informed you about it before. So when customers says just do the essentials services so in order to make money they without informing the customer that that ac cleaning and disinfect , and motor care treatment are value add services and they are recommended but not essential. When complained the same to GM at service centre he said that our agent informed you what are the services however failed to inform you that these are not essential services. When told that we will make a complaint to Honda he said it’s ok you can inform them we will reply to email saying that we informed the customer so outright lie. It’s so shocking that in the presence of customer in the service centre they are fooling them for such services which is just recommended but not needed how they must be fooling the customer when they send their cars to them via free pick up and drop. I would suggest all Honda car owners just be careful of these tactics of such services centre. Honda makes good cars which does not need much maintenance but these service centre try to make money by deceiving customer on in the name of giving value add services as essential services.

    Pathetic is best word to describe this outlet. I handed over a minor accident vehicle (Honda-WRV) to them and I am still waiting for the car to arrive with more than 2 months passed by. They don't bother to call or update and most of the times call going unanswered or with the promise to call back which never happens. Even before my personal experience was bad and stopped getting car serviced from Honda so called Authorized service centre. Service centres like these are sure to call shutters for Honda company even I admit that vehicle performance is good. I request not to buy Honda cars specially if you are based out of Jaipur (not sure of other service centres), you will be having a real tough time dealing with such unprofessional staff.

    Staff is not professional does not know the way of talking to the customer. Staff does not have Any knowledge of car If any customer complaint about his car that problem remains same they does not sort it out. And they call again again for service but they are not able to solve any problem. They have not appropriate Staff customer has to wait for much longer period. No one is there to assist the customer for 30 minutes. Service center thinks that there will never be any problem in honda car. They blame the customer and say that you are Giving false statement.
