    I had provided my vehicle (Honda City) for service at Deccan Honda, Dhankawadi, Pune branch on 26th August. This was the third annual service (after 30,000 Kms). FF to when I reached the service center in the evening, the service advisor took me to the billing counter straightaway, where I paid the billed amount. Then to collect the car when we went outside, I found out that the car was still not washed. On pointing this out to him, he explained that the car had been washed but as it was parked outside the spots are only water marks due to rains. Then I pointed to him multiple spots with stains of dirt, dust, and mud all over the body which would not be possible if the car had been washed (I have attached some pics). His reasoning did not change. When I opened the car, I found out that the car had not even been wiped once from the car door panels. It still has the dirt and dust from when I left my car in the morning. On pointing this to the service advisor and asking him if I paid 2.5k extra for this, the reasoning Mr Rajendra Deore gave was that door panels are not part of deep cleaning. So they have not been cleaned. Then I opened the boot, found out dirt and mud stains and told him that I specifically asked him if boot was part of the 2.5k package of deep cleaning so why does it have mud stains all over. He explained that that boot could not be rubbed too hard as it would result in fabric pilling. When I challenged him that they have not even touched the car, let alone deep clean, he confidently offered me to check the car from inside. Of course I did, and found out stains on the interior roof of the car, and challenged him again that they have not even touched the car and simply billing me for 13k for no work at all, and that I want my money back, he said that it cannot be refunded and I should not have made the payment in the first place. This was really the highlight of the evening. When further I refused to accept the car, he said he would get the car washed again, and drove the car to the washing bay. He was still insisting that the car had been properly washed. I asked for the 3M guy to be called to ask him the details of his process of cleaning the car which would cost upwards of 2.5k, would leave mud marks and still would not cover door panels, to which, when he came, he replied that there was too much work load so it was missed. By this time, the supervisor came and I explained the ordeal to him, and how I was being robbed of 13k, and asked him if this is what I had paid the deep-cleaning charges worth 2.5k for, he took incharge to get the whole car cleaned, and lo and behold the stains came promptly out from boot as well as the interior roof without any fabric pilling. On driving the car back home, I found out that the car's front wheels are making scraping noises. I suspect after the 5 wheel rotation, the wheels have not been aligned properly. Generally one pays for higher service charges and opts for overpriced add-ons like deep-cleaning with brands like Honda instead of getting it done from a private workshop is because of one single reason - trust. I am not sure what all and how many issues will be found in the coming days as I drive my car, but this experience with slandering lies of the service advisor and incompetence of the floor workers completely erodes the trust one places on the Honda brand.

    The first impression of any servicing properly done is visible by the type of vehicle washing done and frankly speaking the experience is nothing less than horror, the vehicle floors are still having a layer of dust and dust between the door panels, the storage at the back is not even touched. The commitment levels and punctuality was at the lowest only intention is to wrest money from customer without giving a value for that Would highlight through this forum to Honda motors to have a audit done on this dealership , so that customer do not face these level of hardships, the system in this dealership is without any ownership of customer satisfaction, starting from how the bookings were made till the last step of vehicle handover , the advisory are only to wrest the money from customer without giving a valid reason for the expense I had sent my car No MH14EY1914 on 22th of Dec2023 and I don't recommend anyone to send their vehicle to this dealership of Deccan Honda located in Satara road

    Overpriced service, for basic service charged 8k. Oil level seems low, I doubt if they really changed oil and filter. For dashboard cleaning charged 700rs, I can do better cleaning at home. Car washing is joke here. Don't go on Saturday. Spare parts are not available. Little drop in the mileage after service. I did service after 1.5yrs, before servicing I was getting good mileage, I don't know what they did. They charge 100rs for windshield cleaner liquid, which you will get at max 30rs outside. My basic servicing included only oil change, air filter, oil filter change and dashboard cleaning. Not recommended. In my car, somehow water gets accumulated in the boot, to temporarily fix it I had applied tapes on gap between rear tail light and boot. I informed them to see if they can fix it. They refused it to do and told me to keep as it is.

    Highly unprofessional behaviour. After finalising the rates and confirming thrice in presence of sales person , the team leader took a u turn in just 10 mins after probably speaking to someone. Clear case of fooling the customer. Unacceptable from reputed brand like Honda and shakes the trust and confidence on it.
