Mahindra Bolero Neo Facelift - Variants

N4 - 8.49 Lakh
This is the base variant of the Bolero Neo, which has received five new updates in addition to the usual facelift touches. The key additions include a new grille, Concrete Grey colour option, Mocha Brown interior theme, and the new RIDEFLOW technology, which features FDD damper technology, enhanced steering feedback and stability, and improved braking performance. Beyond these updates, the variant comes equipped with power windows, an 8.9-inch LCD display, engine start-stop, ABS with EBD, and 2 airbags.
N8 - 9.29 Lakh

In this trim, the updates are minimal but still enhance the overall experience. It now comes with dual-tone ORVMs, a music system with Bluetooth, USB, and AUX connectivity, steering-mounted controls, and remote keyless entry. New additions include the option of the Jeans Blue colour and upgraded seats for greater comfort. For anyone who doesn't want the bare-bones version of the Bolero Neo, this variant is an ideal choice.
N10 - 9.79 Lakh

The third variant comes as the most complete package, offering several essential modern features that make a car feel complete in 2025. These include cruise control, DRLs in the headlamps, second-row armrest, touchscreen infotainment, electrically adjustable ORVMs, and a rear glass wiper with defogger. The new upgrades for this variant are 15-inch silver alloy wheels, a rear-view camera, and a USB-C charging port. After considering all of this, the N10 emerges as the most value-for-money trim in the Bolero Neo lineup.
N10 (O) - 9.79 Lakh

This used to be the top-spec model before the facelift, and now it offers just two additional features: Mocha Brown leatherette upholstery and multi-terrain technology. Speaking of the latter, this system automatically manages the locking differential and traction control, making the SUV more off-road capable and boosting confidence on rough roads. However, with only these two notable upgrades, the N10 (O) doesn't seem to be a particularly smart choice.
N11 - 9.99 Lakh

This variant comes with new 16-inch dark metallic grey alloy wheels, the Lunar Grey interior theme, the new RIDEFLOW technology, and a rear-view camera. These are the key additions introduced with the new top-end variant. However, none of these updates make it particularly desirable or a strong value-for-money option. At this price point, potential buyers might even consider a compact SUV that offers more premium features.

Verdict
The Bolero Neo facelift doesn't really feel like a new or particularly modern car. This SUV isnt for those who prioritize large screens, sunroofs, or an automatic gearbox - it's for buyers who want a true SUV that can carry their luggage and handle rough roads with confidence. Moreover, while it is certainly a premium step up from the regular Bolero, it still falls short compared to most sub-4-metre compact SUVs in terms of features and refinement.
