1. Promoter

   This promotion (hereafter referred to as the "Promotion") is organized and administered by Vansun Mediatech Private Limited, hereafter referred to as "91Wheels".

2. Promotion Period

   • The Promotion begins on 1st April 2025.
   • Winners will be announced weekly on 91Wheels' platform during the Promotion Period, and each winner will be contacted via WhatsApp.
   • 91Wheels reserves the right to terminate or extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

   • The Promotion is open only to citizens of India who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of participation.
   • Employees of 91Wheels (including any subsidiaries or group companies) and their immediate family members (spouses, children, and parents) are not eligible to win any gifts under this Promotion.

4. How to Participate

   • To participate, users must submit a complete and original user review of any vehicle available in India on 91Wheels.
   • Each participant may submit multiple entries (reviews) during the Promotion Period. However, only one prize per participant will be awarded, irrespective of the number of reviews submitted.

5. Review Submission Requirements

   To qualify for the "Review and Win" campaign, each review must include the following details:

   1. Vehicle Name: Correct model and variant of the purchased vehicle (e.g., Maruti Swift VXI).
   2. Overall Rating: A star rating out of 5.
   3. Vehicle Review: A detailed write-up of at least 150 words, covering performance, comfort, mileage, features, pros and cons.
   4. Vehicle Images or Video: A minimum of 5 images or 1 video of the vehicle.
   5. Vehicle RC: A clear image of the vehicle's registration certificate (RC).
   6. Date of Purchase: In DD/MM/YYYY format.
   7. Vehicle Number: In a standard format (e.g., DL12TC1111).

6. Selection of Winners

   • 91Wheels will, at its sole discretion, select and announce up to five (5) winners within twenty-five (25) business days following the last day of the Promotion Period.
   • Winners will be contacted individually via WhatsApp using the phone number provided during review submission.
   • If a selected winner remains non-contactable for seven (7) days, 91Wheels reserves the right to withdraw the prize and/or reassign it to another participant.

7. Prize and Redemption

   • Each winner shall receive Amazon vouchers worth a total of INR 5,000, with a maximum of one (1) INR 1,000 voucher granted to each winner.
   • The total value of the vouchers for all winners may add up to INR 5,000 if five winners are chosen.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of the gifts.
   • All gifts will be dispatched to the winners within thirty (30) days of the winner announcement.
   • If the awarded gift card is not used by the winner within 30 days after allotment, 91Wheels holds the right to cancel the gift card.

8. Verification and Authenticity

   • 91Wheels reserves the right to verify the authenticity and originality of any information provided by participants.
   • Reviews suspected to be plagiarized or otherwise inauthentic may be disqualified at 91Wheels' sole discretion.

9. General Conditions

   • This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or discount from 91Wheels.
   • All decisions regarding this Promotion—including the number and type of gifts—are at the sole discretion of 91Wheels and shall be final and binding on all participants.

10. Liabilities and Disclaimers

    • 91Wheels will not be responsible for the suitability or merchantability of any gift.
    • 91Wheels shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage, or for any personal injury that may occur as a result of participating in this Promotion or using any gift awarded.
    • Participation in the Promotion is at the sole risk of the participant. No claim against 91Wheels shall be valid on account of any dispute or dissatisfaction related to the Promotion or its outcomes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Right to Amend/Withdraw

    • 91Wheels reserves the right to withdraw or amend any or all of the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • Any changes will be posted on the relevant Promotion page to ensure participants have access to the most current Terms & Conditions.

13. Acceptance of Terms

    • By participating in this Promotion, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
    • If any participant does not agree to these Terms & Conditions, they should refrain from participating.
