According to the bookings, Matter EV Aera's production is organized in a sequential manner for delivery. When the Matter EV Aera motorcycles are ready, the buyers will receive the ordered quantity of products in a sequential order. When the Matter EV Aera is prepared for delivery, the Company will inform the Customer of the anticipated delivery date, as well as information on how the Customer is to pay the remaining Purchase Price and other pertinent information. All required governmental clearances must be obtained prior to the delivery of the Matter EV Aera. The Customer shall be informed if any delays in the Company acquiring the required governmental permissions result in an extension of the delivery dates.   All formalities with respect to the payment of the balance Purchase Price and delivery of the Matter EV Aera, including but not limited to the registration process, shall be performed by the concerned Authorised Entity.
