Worst customer experience. They do not even offer you water when you visit. I have visited this showroom to book the new Honda elevate. I had a few requests with the dealership. The first and foremost was the delivery of the car which I requested them to get by dhanteras 2023. The second was that I wanted to get the insurance done by me and I didn't want any extra accessories from the dealership. To which the executive gave me a quirky smile and said that the car has a 6 month waiting time. Upon requesting he told me to get the accessories+insurance from the dealership itself then he can give the car by dhanteras 2023. The executive had a different attitude and spoke very unprofessionally. When I said that I'll try with a different showroom to which he replied that all the nearby showrooms(patparganj, jhilmil, ansal plaza vaishali etc.), are owned by the same dealership and are operated by the rustamani's or rustamani group from dubai. This is by far the worst experience given by any car dealership of any company.
This shows the customer priority, attitude towards the customer and moreover the dadagiri of the dealership Prime Honda/Capital cars.

They are very bad when it comes to customer experience, they forced me to buy accessories and insurance from themselves and told me about the same after i have booked the car already. It was very bad experience from them. Don't buy car from this dealer.

Honda Cars Dealers Questions and Answers
Question for Honda Amaze 2nd Gen
Answer by 91Wheels Expert
The 2021 Honda Amaze facelift kept the same 1.2 petrol and 1.5 diesel engine options, so the big differences versus the 2020 model are mainly styling and feature updates, not a mechanical overhaul. Honda updated the front grille and bumper treatment, gave the car a fresher rear-light/rear-bumper loo
Question for Honda City Hybrid
Can we expect a manual drive in Honda City Hybrid?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert
No, a manual version is not expected for the Honda City Hybrid. The City e:HEV is built around strong-hybrid setup of Honda and is officially paired with an e-CVT automatic, so if you want a manual gearbox you would need to look at the regular petrol Honda City instead of the hybrid.

what is the life of the honda amaze diesel engine?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert
Honda has not published a fixed life in kilometres for the Amaze diesel engine, but if it is serviced on time and driven on good fuel, reaching 2 lakh km or more is generally realistic. The bigger deciding factors are service history, injector/turbo health, clutch condition, cooling system care and
Question for Honda Amaze 2nd Gen
What is the difference between Honda Amaze 1.2L Petrol VX MT and Honda Amaze 1.2L Petrol VX CVT?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert
The main difference is the gearbox: VX MT is the manual version, while VX CVT is the automatic. In daily use, the MT is usually the better pick if you want lower cost and more direct control, while the CVT is better for city traffic because it is easier and smoother to drive. On the current Amaze fe

For a December 2014 Honda City, a rough private-market buyback range today is usually around Rs 3 lakh to Rs 4.5 lakh, with cleaner low-km automatic or higher variants going higher and high-mileage/older-owner cars going lower.
