Sunshine Honda - Honda Dealer in Kishangarh

Worst place I have ever com across! Very unprofessional people and worst work ethics. Poor customer service and no value of words. I was looking forward for a test drive so I have been contacting them since one month and this is the 4th tome I have been denied a scheduled appointment and test drive. I don’t know whom all I spoke to earlier. The last conversation was with a guy named Saurav who was polite to speak to but did the same thing as other employees working there. I don’t think they are very much in a mood to sell. I would have given a zero star if I had the option. Pathetic place to buy a car!

This was my service experience, I made a mistake of choosing Sunshine over other options. I am cursing that each and everyday. Please don’t buy it from them. Please. If I had chance, I would have rates them -10/10. Showroom to Service everything has issues, no one cares. Whoever you write. Everyone is just filled with excuses. - They lack service acumen. - They lack customer satisfaction to the deepest level. - Even the most senior person (Mr.Bhatia) ignores all the grievances & my SPOC at their workshop (Mr. Ashok) acts, behaves so unprofessionally; sometimes .. I feel he owns the car & I am at his service. - Multiple failed deadlines of delivery and random reasons. - During first service, they sent a third party driver who roamed around close to 100 kms before delivering the car to us. - During second service, I had to follow up 10 times with Mr. Ashok to ensure delivery and quality assurance, everytime he has reasons. - They never call to remind us for the service and there is never a followup/feedback call after the service which my previous service centre used to do regularly. - This was my third Service and today after a lot of drama a basic service and an insurance job took us 4 extra working days from their committed time; My car was delivered which was a paid deep cleaning service. - All the mirrors have blurry spots (which develops after a car is intentionally rubbed or cleaned with a dirty cloth) - Entire car fabric has spots; please check the pictures. (Seat Covers were not provided to us; even when I was ready to pay. They blamed the brand Honda of not providing them with the seat covers. Mr. Mukesh the sales representative even told us to get it fitted from outside and even the accessories were not given to us; we had to followup for those) All my service for my previous city used to spotless, caring and were cherished. My family has been honda loyal since ages and when my father was planning to upgrade he insisted that he only wants City. We bought one and instead of many options in the market we opted the new generation model and due to lack of research .. I landed at Sunshine Honda and not Pink City Honda and I curse each day of choosing Sunshine Honda. Right from delivery till my last service today 03-02-2023 they have ensured that I suffer on almost at every instance that we interact. I am shattered beyond words and this ain’t a paid review as I have mentioned Pink City Honda which is their competitor. I am not from Jaipur, My father is and hence I landed to a wrong showroom. Please choose the latter and I am a 100% genuine customer who is absolutely bullied, harrassed by the sunshine team. All I wanted was the Honda level service, which we are used to; not this gross experimece.

No one here to listen you guys after the delivery, many time i called you, but call not responding every time. Service facility is very low.
