Standard Honda - Honda Dealer in Sitapur

We bought our car from them on 11th nov 2023 and made an extra payment by mistake and they are just not ready to refund. They’ve asked for applications and account details multiple times to no use. Now they don’t even respond to calls or emails. Even the service is substandard. On our first service, they applied the dashboard shine cream on the all the mirrors of the car which tremendously reduced the visibility and put us at so much risk. We spent 2 hours to clean it off ourselves.

I recently sent my car to standard Honda workshop for service, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. During the service, my car's roof strip was broken, and despite my attempts to communicate with the workshop, there has been no response regarding when they plan to fix it. This lack of accountability is frustrating, and I cannot recommend their services based on this negative encounter.

3rd class service and sales team .they demand illegal money for vehicles no.and they don't provide receipt.service manager Mr.ujjwal Tripathi he have super natural powers without seeing the car he gives their dessision about the car . And sales team also very worst 25th of Oct I purchased and when I Driver the car within 1/km from Showroom Petrol finished.i am totally stoked with this type of negligence this type of service After this they provide a link after this review that link dosnt open discosting plz Kuchipudi to sarm Kar lo 🙏

It has been a terrible experience at Standard honda on 15 September 2023. The staff behaviour is truly unprofessional never had such bitter experience across nation at any honda service centre. Please avoid standard honda there are many other honda service centre which are much better. The staff make fake promises and never fulfill them.
