The main difference is that the Tiago EV XT is noticeably better equipped than the XE, especially for daily convenience and infotainment. In brochure of Tata, XT adds power windows, electrically adjustable ORVMs, a 17.78 cm touchscreen, 4 speakers, steering-mounted audio/phone controls, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and body-coloured exterior details that the XE misses. The powertrain also differs by range option: XE is the Medium Range setup with 19.2 kWh battery, 45 kW and 110 Nm, while XT is available in both MR and LR forms, and the Long Range version gets the 24 kWh pack with 55 kW and 114 Nm. So if you want the lowest price, XE works, but XT is the more sensible pick if you want a less bare-bones cabin and better everyday usability.
