The main difference is battery size, range and performance: the Tiago.ev 19.2 kWh version is the medium-range setup, while the 24 kWh version is the long-range one. official brochure lists of Tata 250 km MIDC range for the 19.2 kWh battery and 315 km MIDC range for the 24 kWh battery, and it also shows the bigger battery car with more motor output and quicker 0-60 km/h acceleration. Charging times differ too: the brochure shows about 6.9 hours from a 15A plug for the 19.2 kWh pack and about 8.7 hours for the 24 kWh pack, while both are rated at 58 minutes for 10-80% DC fast charging. So the 19.2 kWh version suits mainly city use, while the 24 kWh version is the better pick if you want fewer charging stops and more flexibility outside town.
