BS6 phase 1 was the previous engine which does not support E20 fuel whereas the new BS6 phase 2 engine is compatible for E20 fuel that ensures better envoirnment friendliness. In coming days, E20 fuel will be available everywhere and all vehicles will run on E20 fuel. That means vehicles will only have the new BS6 phase 2 engine.
