Last Updated On 11th April'24: Bajaj Chetak Premium has made its debut and is now retailing at a price tag of Rs. 1,47,273 (ex-showroom Delhi). Meanwhile, the base model, Urbane, which was already available, saw an update in December 2023 and is priced at Rs. 1,23,319 (ex-showroom Delhi)

Powеrеd by a 2.9 kWh battеry, it boasts a cеrtifiеd range of 108 km and a top spееd of 63 km/h. Additionally, thе rеvеrsе mode simplifies parking.
Motor, Battery & Range: The latest Bajaj Chetak model sports a 4.08 kW peak-power IP67 lithium battery pack and a 3.8 kW motor. The two primary modes available are Eco and Sport. The vehicle operates best in Eco mode, which has a range of 90 kilometres, while Sport mode offers faster acceleration and a shorter range. The battery pack may be charged in 5 hours using a standard power outlet.
Bajaj Chetak Warranty: To make the ownership experience hassle-free, Bajaj is offering a warranty up to 3 years, 50000 km, and, 7 years 70000 km.

The overall design and looks of the Chetak e-scooter are futuristic and mostly curvy. With the blunt use of round and curvy body lines, round headlight with LEDs, and LED tail lights with LED indicators; the Chetak looks astonishing and subtle at the same time. The wide seat offers good riding comfort for both the rider as well pillion. It is ample space underneath the seat and in front of the seat as well. Gloss piano black rearview mirrors do look funky. It retains a retro style while giving modern features and thus catering to young buyers.

The overall size and dimensions of Chetak are quite substantial and it has a good road presence due to the overall size. The large, curvy side panels behold the battery pack and electric motor while the rear end is wider than most of the competition. Bajaj has equipped the Chetak e-scooter with a combination of a 48 V/60.3 Ah battery pack and 4080W BLDC electric motor which are combinedly capable of producing a peak torque of 16 Nm on the twist of the throttle. This battery pack can be charged 100 percent within 5 hours of charging time. The Chetak e-scooter can complete up to 95 km of distance on a single full charge. Apart from this, Bajaj has equipped Chetak with multiple riding modes to enjoy its power delivery within the limits. Also, Bajaj has wide area of service network so the aftersales support will be unmatched.

Bajaj Chetak e-scooter comes with standard fitment of 12-inch tyres both at the front end as well as the rear end.
