What is the gear pattern of Bajaj Pulsar NS 125?
The Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 gearbox uses the typical 1-down, 4-up sequence found on most motorcycles. The Bajaj Pulsar NS 125's gear pattern is as follows: 1st gear is down and to the left, 2nd gear is up and left. 3rd Gear: Towards the center, 4th Gear: Straight forward, 5th Gear: Down and right from 1st to 2nd gear is known as neutral. From neutral, shift the gear lever down and to the left to engage 1st gear. Pressing the lever up will engage the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears, left, center, and right, in that order. To shift from 4th to 5th gear, press the lever down and to the right. The Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 and most other contemporary motorcycles follow the industry standard of having a 1-down, 4-up gearbox arrangement. It makes shifting gears during acceleration and deceleration easy and natural. Together with its 124.4cc air-cooled engine, the NS 125's 5-speed gearbox offers a perfect mix of performance and fuel efficiency for everyday commuting and city riding.
