MG Windsor EV Pro has been launched by the Chinese-owned British brand as its top of the line offering with a lot to talk about. It has taken over the EV space, and while it is something that makes other rivals nervous, the Hyundai Creta EV is in its direct sight as well. All Door One Touch Up Down Windows With Anti-Pinch Function
The MG Windsor EV comes with loads and loads of features, and interestingly, the Hyundai Creta is also known for the same thing. But there are a few things that the Windsor EV offers over the Hyundai Creta EV, and the first one is the one-touch up-down windows. While the Creta also offers this feature, it is limited to just the drivers side window; Windsor EV offers it on all four. On top of this, it gets an anti-pinch function as well, making it safer to operate for the occupants.
256 Colour Ambient Light
While this might not be something that many would be swayed away by, the Windsor EV comes with a segment-first 256 colour ambient light setup that accentuates the in-cabin experience, especially during nighttime drives. On the flip side, the Hyundai Creta EV also offers ambient lighting, which it does so with just an ocean blue theme which is not as comprehensive as the one with the Windsor.
Bigger Infotainment Screen- 15.6-inch
One of the biggest features of the MG EV is the availability of a bigger 15.6-inch central touchscreen infotainment system that offers almost all the functionalities of the vehicle along with the multimedia suite. In comparison, the Creta EV does with just a smaller 10.25-inch touchscreen. However, it is important to note that the Creta offers a bigger digital instrument cluster to make up for this.
Flush Type Door Handles
Its very hard to beat the Hyundai Creta on the features front with all the bells and whistles loaded up, The another thing that the Windsor EV offers over the Hyundai Creta EV are the flush door handles, something now becoming increasingly common with the upcoming Tata Altroz facelift also offering it as a segment-first in its class. Not everyone will fancy this as a distinguished uptick, but since we are jotting down the extras, this makes the cut to the list.
Vehicle-to-Vehicle Function
Electric vehicles come with a V2L, which is a vehicle-to-load feature where you can power smaller appliances using the car's battery, acting as an external power source for your emergency or off-road camping needs. The Windsor EV ups the game with a V2V add-on, which is short for Vehicle to Vehicle, which lets you charge a compatible vehicle using your Windsor EV. Although, do note that this is something that is more of an emergency feature than a convenience tool.

Verdict
Both MG and Hyundai are known for brimming up their vehicles with all there is to stuff them with and so here we are with new vehicles being more and more tech and less of a vehicle. Although I am a fan of technology and the convenience, I advocate more physical buttons, especially for the basic operations like HVAC controls, which when shifted to touch-based unit, needs your eyes off the road, which beats the purpose. As for the other features, you can get any of the to vehicles, you will not feel anything missing with everything that cocoons you inside the cabin.
