Don’t put your CAR for service at this center. I have experienced the worst service. The service executives are not responding even after a week of your concern raised. I got my car after service with few additional DENTs on the BODY as a complementary service. Surprisingly, they even doesn’t care about your concern at all.

I had given the car for service on 6th December 2023 some person named Sharukh has taken my car and I have instructed him to give me my car back at 5 to 6 p.m.and even till today that is 7 th December 2023 I didn't receive my car.and I still just calling there no response given from their end I fill like I had lost my car and going for Fir against CARTEC end.bogus

This is not a good place for service. Once you purchase a vehicle, they don't prioritize customer service. I would recommend choosing another Honda service center.

Bakvas service after purchase. After purchase car within 1.5 years 4 to 5 time my battery law issue nd zank start for RSA team . All service i check my battery in work shop he say battery is good so tell why again agin this Battery issue? Pls replace my battery. Nd after no warranty in my battery he say your battery is failed purchase new battery. And most important cartac honda securitie guard use our car AC in summer to night for sleep in night 🤷. Is that Honda car service. I sugges no go this show room
