The worst car delivery experience. We had informed them that we will be taking the car delivery around 1:30.. we reached there at 1:20 and still the car was dirty and unwashed. They were trying to clean the car with a cloth instead of washing it despite it was full of mud. As such the delivery got delayed. The accessories was incorrect which we realised after we reached home. We gave them a call and visited them they accepted their mistake but asked us to pay extra for the chrome which was actually their mistake. The second day we went there for changing the wrong accessories to which they first tried to sell us the extra accessories as they were worried removing might damage the accessorises or the car. This took my whole 1 hour, after that they agreed to remove the accessories and now wanted another 2 hours for it, looks like I am all free for them. No solution at the end we were so pissed we left the car there and left. Mr Arpan Soni and his team, highly unprofessional, after sales service is pathetic. I will suggest avoid landmark as they are nothing but cheaters. I will suggest you look for a better dealer.

Purchased car from them. Entire team was very enthusiastic while booking and till made payment. Gradually enthusiasm reduced till delivery and now despite charging for fasttag not giving and also not refunding 15000 over paid and don't pick up calls and if able to connect it is always like will look into issue and revert. Very unprofessional.
