Mr.YUVARAJ is a true gentleman 🕵‍♂️from sales team, He helped and guided me right from the exchanging of my old car to till the delivery of my new car,And explained each and every specification of the vehicle from all the corners. After the Delivery also he is supporting for all the queries and concerns. I will strongly recommend this person and Capital Honda for everyone, If someone don't have enough knowledge on vehicle also.

In one sentence if I want to summarize my experience, I will say go to them if you are decided to buy a Honda car in Chennai. They have such an amazing team, and you will feel like you are with the group of people who really understand and give support to fulfill your requirement. My first and foremost thanks to Mr. Abhishek John who was my sales consultant. Mr. Dharani who helped me in the booking process and Mr. Shyam who is the sales head. They all were so friendly and ready to attend to all my queries. I should not miss Mr. Vijayaraghvan who helped me to process my car loan in a smooth way. With this team, I never felt like I needed to do any things on my own. Because they backed me up and completed all the work for me with every update. I just sent only the required documents and details and they took full responsibility till the delivery of the car. I initially opted to go for Honda City V MT and called the number on their website. The response was awesome, and Abhishek called me back immediately. The initial impression was very good, and I went and discussed the on-road quotation and discounts. Later within a few days I booked the car (in late august), and Mr. Dharani helped me in the booking process. They agreed to deliver the vehicle within September 1st week, since the V variant and color I opted for was on demand. They created a WhatsApp group adding all the members above and provided me with the status every day. Abhishek john followed me up regularly and provided me with every update. Note here is I haven't test ridden the new Honda city yet and Abhishek told me that I could take a test ride whenever I am free. And I confirmed a day, and he came with the car. The car was butter smooth and I didn't feel like I was driving a C2 segment sedan. I was so impressed with the car. It was a ZX variant with a sunroof and had a side lane camera. It changed my mind to go from V variant to VX Variant since I expected sunroof for my son. Now the good news was the car and the color I opted for was available in VX Variant and ready to be delivered within a few days. In the meantime, my loan process was done for the V variant, and I informed Mr. Vijayaraghavan that I am upgrading my car and without hesitation he inquired with the Bank and started processing the loan amount for the higher variant. Once it was done, I got the confirmation from Bank of Baroda. Everything was done neat and clean without me visiting the bank for the car loan. I paid the downpayment and Abhishek blocked the car for me quickly. For none of these things, I didn't visit the showroom, and everything was done online in a super smooth way. After some days, Car went for the registration after I provided the required documents. Registration was done after a day, and I got delivery of my car on September 6th. The car and color were really a Head Turner, and I was so satisfied with the delivery process. Abhishek explained to me all the features during the test ride as well as during the delivery process. He explained and helped me in all the things from booking to delivery because I don't have any prior experience of buying a car. They also gave us chocolate box gift hampers. Due to Showroom renovation work, I didn't get the opportunity of unveiling the car, but every member of the team stood with us and congratulated us for our new car. Really it was so good, and Mr. Shyam handed over the key. I am fully satisfied with the car. I surely will recommend this showroom and team for my friends or for everyone who is looking to buy this amazing machine. You can trust them in your first car purchase. My rating is 10/10 for them.

Recently purchased Honda Elevate VX from the capital honda showroom pallikaranai/velachery branch. The entire process and experience was very smooth. Right from accommodating a unplanned test drive to booking and delivery it was super easy. Mr Yuvaraj, sales consultant is very knowledgeable about the process and technical aspects of car. He processed the registration within 3 days from date of booking, thereby helped us save a significant amount from the tax increase. The entire team was highly professional they gave timely updates and kept us informed on all aspects, enjoyed my experience of booking and taking delivery of car. I would like to thank Mr.Shyam Sundar and Mr.SivaGnanaSundar wholeheartedly for a smooth and pleasant delivery of my car. When I called Mr.Shyam Sundar for a test drive, Mr.Sivagnanasundar who is the sales consultant arranged both manual and automatic transmission cars of City 5G ZX at the same time, I was surprised and happy by seeing his dedication. I booked my car Honda City 5G ZX CVT on 15th June 2022 and I was told that I would be knowing the allotment of the car in the first week of July and delivery might take atleast 2 months; But, on June 28th, I was informed that there is a car readily available and confirmed that it is a May 2022 manufactured one. I was happy and excited to get the early delivery of the car. The entire process of payment, registration, insurance, fastag, accessories fitting was completed within a week time and the car was ready for delivery on 7th July. Sivagnanasundar is an amiable person; he briefly explained the entire process from booking to delivery and answered all my queries patiently; he offered me a good exchange price for my old i10 car and allowed me to use it till the delivery of the new car. On the delivery day, Mr.Sivagnanasundar gave brief demo of almost all the features of the car very patiently. Ofcourse expecting a detailed explanation on features like HondaConnect, AndroidAuto, Weblink is not feasible within the limited time available during the delivery of the car; there are very good videos available online about these features. I also liked the process where the dealer creates a WhatsApp group which has all the sales team members including the service center (CRM) team members; all discussions and status/progress updates happen over there. This is a useful thing for clear communication and transparency. I received car brochure, price list with a clear split up of various components, accessories-brochure and accessories price list, which really helped me a lot in choosing the right ones as per my preferences. This WhatsApp group will be available till the first service of the car; the team will guide you till then. Really good experience with Capital Honda. Areas to improve: 1) The post processing of customer payments like acknowledging the payment and receipt generation can be automated and send the information and receipts automatically by messaging like SMS, email etc.; currently, it looks manual and needs a push from the customer side. 2) Some kind of automatic intimation (like SMS, email) of status/progress update at each stage during the process "from booking to delivery" would be a great help to customer like how we get such automatic status updates from e-com retailers like Amazon, Flipkart upon booking of a product online. Review About HondaCity 5G ZX CVT: --------------------------------------------------------- No doubt that it is the best car in the sedan segment. Excellent seating & driving comfort. Value for money features. I would like to point out two main issues in the car, hope it will be taken on a positive note to improve it in future. 1) The infotainment system's display screen is inclined, because of this, sun light falls easily on that from the top portion of the windshield and causes glaring and we can not see anything clearly on the screen; this is really annoying thing and needs attention; it should be straight (vertical) or it should have some sun shade like how the dome shaped shade is there over the instrument cluster, where the display is perfect. 2) The mechanical sliding (front/back) of the driver seat is very tight; Very difficult to move it front or back; my i10 car is far better in that case.
