Very bad experience being faced on every service.. such a pathetic service done and quality of service is getting degraded gradually. Customer floods to authentic service center for quality and if you guys can’t maintain it then what would be state of the brand in market. No punctuality in delivery at all.. fittings are missing after the service.. really scared with the way they do the service.. Management has to look in to the maintenance & service sectors with as equal importance to sales department. Note : Sales & delivery in the branch is really awesome & hassle free but the state of after sale service is really questionable 🤨

I am utterly dismayed by the deplorable service I received at the Honda service center in Meenambakkam. A couple of weeks ago, I entrusted my car to them for service, only to realize a few days later that my GPS device had been callously removed. Despite my persistent efforts to resolve this issue, the contact person, Mr. Venkatesh, has continuously fed me false promises and excuses. It is beyond comprehension that a service center associated with a reputable brand like Honda would stoop to such unethical practices. The blatant disregard for customer property and the subsequent lack of action to rectify the situation are indicative of a complete absence of Honda's purported standards. The audacity with which incorrect statements and false commitments are made is nothing short of appalling. I have been tirelessly chasing the service center for the past week, only to be met with a barrage of excuses without any genuine effort to address the problem. This experience has not only tarnished my perception of Honda's service standards but has also left me deeply frustrated and dissatisfied. I implore anyone considering the Meenambakkam service center to think twice before entrusting their vehicle to an establishment that lacks the basic principles of honesty and customer care.

First of all I would like to thank the sales person Sathish and Finance team person Balamanikandan for their kind approach and timely updates about process. The way they treat the customers and after sales response makes the Honda stand out of the crowd. From my childhood I was always being a Honda fan boy, Honda is the king when it comes to comfortable car in budget. So, owning a Honda car is a feel good moment. I used to drive a sedan and Cross over SUV parallel, it helped me a lot to understand the real feel of comfort and confidence in driving a Sedan. Then I have decided, If I buy a car for me it would be definitely a sedan and that should be a Honda only because, like I said when it comes to comfort Honda is the King. When it comes to purchase experience, Capital Honda and their employees made it as a pleasant one. Previously when we bought other brand vehicles the employee response and as a customer I felt like it’s a wrong decision that I chose this brand. But Honda experience is good and I felt like, Even with customer support also they have proven that it is a perfect global car. I don’t have much words to express my thankfulness and Happiness. Thanks Capital Honda for your wonderful service and promised On time delivery.
