Olympia Honda - Honda Dealer in Chennai

Gave my Amaze for service and repair (insurance) on 27-Dec-2023. Today is 10-Jan-2024, and my car is yet to be handed over. Service charges however were promptly collected immediately... but when asked about the repair, the customer care person said he was not responsible any further beyond the service and directed me to the body shop person who never responded to any number of phone calls. The repair estimate was submitted to the insurance company on 03-Jan-2024 after a lot of chasing. The supervisor/manager whom I met during my second visit too did not respond to phone calls or emails afterwards. Looks like I need to make another visit to find out what the status is! It feels like the service is next to non-existent. Never faced such a situation with Honda earlier.

Poor customer service. Walked in for a complaint on an oil leak . The customer service representative had no respect .and tone of voice is so bad . He replied - It will take 3 days if you wish you can leave the car . Or else you can leave. Pathetic attitude. I wouldn't mind if it's a general service or when the car has no issues . But oil leak is a serious issue to attend , their response was so negative. Never coming here again . Anyday capital Honda is way better than you guys . Sorry . One customer lost is equal to 100 customer lost . Never recommending you to anyone in my circle .

This service centre is so efficient that they were unable to find out our car tyre was punctured despite spending almost half a day there with a complaint of low tyre pressure warning on our new Honda City. Finally we had to get a local mechanic to repair the tyre when it finally gave in a week later since he was more adept than the professionals at this centre.

Very very worst body shop service I ever seen. i have paid 31.5 K and they have taken 16 days to return my car back. And still the work has incomplete. The worst supervisor Mr. Senthil kumar who has attended my case and didn't know anything about the insurance claim/ liability returns and very irresponsible person. Even the body shop Manager who is Mr. Srinivasan doesn't know anything and giving useless replies. I don't want to give even a single star rate as well but unable to post if i haven't select any star. This is ridiculous and so pathetic customer service. Dear friends, Pls don't go to this body shop in future. if any details required pls reach me out. Note:- unable to attach the car snaps

The worst of worst is here! Don't believe them for your valuable car! Don't do body shop here! They don't practice professionalism and they don't know the value of time. Few days back, left my car for a Body work(Painting) and they behaved the worst of worst. They manipulated the price's. There is this person Senthil whom to me is the worst ever person to work in this industry. No knowledge on anything. They misguided. They lacked updating the status. We had to run behind them. Most importantly, They have introduced a new scratch on my car and created a new problem. Dont ever try to get your vehicle serviced here.
