Visited for Car service. Very good customer service team. CRM Mr Harpreet attended promptly, listened concern raised and advised the Service Advisor Mr Parveen, who supported very well to get service completed within few hours. Newly developed customer sitting area and coffee service made waiting time to go easy. They helped access to wifi as well.

Worst experience ever had at honda workshop. They have made its business for making money and promoting on accidental repair by making it more worst by some additional efforts and mis guiding the customer. Never shared the pre and post images for repair and later customer keep chasing them for resolution when insurance agency fines it. Chasing for my issue since last 1 year they are escaping mentioning that advisor has left the workshop and can’t help either go for a fake claim or bear the repair cost for their mistake done.! Trained professional to cheat customers. Ashu sehgal is one of the leader with sweet and cunning behaviour. Can put any blame to customer just to save their jobs.

Very poor service given by workshop, if you love ur car don't visit this workshop, after an accident my car got damage and they just simply replaced with new parts and handed over to me they didn't even checked how it's working or not.

Pathetic car service. They charged me Rs 16000 for a normal car service. And to my surprise they did not even bother cleaning the car from inside. They charged me for wheel balancing and it seemed they did not even open a single tyre.
I wonder they did anything (inspection, cleaning etc) mentioned in the bill.
Please avoid this place.

I have to say, I'm extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of service.
What impresses me the most is the transparency and communication throughout the process. The service advisor- Mr Amritpal Singh explained the services needed, provided an itemized list of costs, and gave me a realistic estimate of the time it would take to complete the work.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Ring Road Honda. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I feel confident that my car is in good hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality car maintenance services.

Question for Honda Amaze 2nd Gen
Answer by 91Wheels Expert
The 2021 Honda Amaze facelift kept the same 1.2 petrol and 1.5 diesel engine options, so the big differences versus the 2020 model are mainly styling and feature updates, not a mechanical overhaul. Honda updated the front grille and bumper treatment, gave the car a fresher rear-light/rear-bumper loo

what is the life of the honda amaze diesel engine?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert
Honda has not published a fixed life in kilometres for the Amaze diesel engine, but if it is serviced on time and driven on good fuel, reaching 2 lakh km or more is generally realistic. The bigger deciding factors are service history, injector/turbo health, clutch condition, cooling system care and

What is the difference between Honda Amaze 1.2L Petrol VX MT and Honda Amaze 1.2L Petrol VX CVT?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert

The main difference is the gearbox: VX MT is the manual version, while VX CVT is the automatic. In daily use, the MT is usually the better pick if you want lower cost and more direct control, while the CVT is better for city traffic because it is easier and smoother to drive. On the current Amaze fe

1.what is the Ground Clearance of Honda Amaze 2021? what is the Ground Clearance comparison to city, CIAZ, desire? What are other safety features in the car?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert

For the 2021 Honda Amaze, the commonly quoted ground clearance is 165 mm. That means it sits a little lower than sedans such as the Honda City, Maruti Ciaz, and Maruti Dzire, which are typically listed around 170 mm. In day-to-day use, that 5 mm gap is not huge, but the Amaze may need a bit more car
Question for Honda Amaze 2nd Gen
Can we switch between automatic and manual transmission in Honda Amaze?
Answer by 91Wheels Expert

You cannot convert one Honda Amaze from manual transmission to automatic transmission, or vice versa, after purchase in any simple or practical way. You have to choose the gearbox when buying the car. However, some Amaze CVT versions do let you control acceleration more manually through paddle shift
