Their relationship manager gives you fake commitment.They will give you a commitment for the color you want but will refuse at the time of delivery. Before buying a car from here, think about whether you want to waste your money or not? Because these people will take the money for the car from you and then will not deliver the car on time.There are many customers like me who have become victims of these people.

I recently purchased Honda Elevate Zx CVT from P.L. cars limited ( TriStar Honda) M.I. Road Jaipur on 04 December 2023. Honestly on that day i only went for test drive honda elevate but instead end up purchasing the car...!! I was promptly greeted with a warm welcome by their Executive Mr. Aman Khan. He not only provided with a test ride but patiently explained all the features of the car. He possessed very good knowledge of the vehicle. I was so impressed with all the staff support that i decided to book my car instantly. Also special mention during delivery of my car. Due to some technical issues my RTGS payment got stuck. Not only Mr Aman Khan but all the staff namely Accounts staff and Mr Ishwar ji patiently waited till 8.00 pm for my smooth delivery of the vehicle. This kind of service is only expected from Honda. I recently visited the showroom and had an interaction with a salesman named Vivek. Initially, he showed me a car, which was a decent experience. However, my encounter took a turn for the worse when I engaged with him via WhatsApp to inquire about the on-road price. To my surprise, Vivek quoted a price that exceeded the one listed online. Seeking clarification, I requested a price breakdown, but his response was shockingly rude. He abruptly suggested that I should look elsewhere to make my purchase. My overall experience was marred by Vivek's discourteous attitude and a lack of proper attention or assistance during my showroom visit. It's disappointing when a potential customer is treated in such a manner.

Nice showroom, with very polite staff. Answered all the queries, and were very knowledgeable about the cars on display. Would definitely recommend people to go there, if they are looking to own a Honda.

Worst Service Ever, given my new City for second service and they sprayed Acid on it and after my discussion they didn't agreed on it. The Manager is the Worst Person to talk to. Didn't accepted such a bad service and behavior from such a big Japanese Brand which is renounced in all parts of the world.
