Bought a new Honda City. The sales team was great. Delivery was as per schedule and the sales team helped in smoothening the process. Visited Courtesy Honda Wazirpur after 10 days and they are very cooperative. No hassle service as well as the sales team.

“Courtsey honda” Worst place to get repair of vehicle, very negative bad behaviour of advisor. I send my amaze under warranty to change ac coil, they charged for it and now same problem came. I do not understand for what I have paid for when my car is already under warranty. I request everyone to be careful for your vehicle 🙏🏻

Seems this workshop is running a scam. I recently gave my Honda Jazz for standard servicing after completing 14000km only. I'd requested for home pickup and when the driver arrived, I ensured that all parts of the car were in perfect working condition and only standard cleaning and oil change, filter cleaning etc was required. Once the car arrived, I noticed that the rear boot/dikki shockers were malfunctioning and the boot door kept falling. I immediately called up the workshop and informed them that this part was working absolutely perfect prior to giving the car for service and they must immediately look into the matter and send a service engineer to check and resolve the issue. I was told to bring the car back to the workshop for which I refused since it's a working week and we all need to report for work. After much coaxing, they agreed to send an Engineer for checking and I was informed that there's a leak in the shockers and they need to be replaced for which I will have to pay extra. I argued that the part was fine before I gave the car for service and the damage was done at the workshop, so the Workshop is liable to replace the part. Obviously, we never reached an agreement and I had to get the repair work done from a local workshop. This is a perfect example of how these so called Company owned service stations are duping customers and running scams. Buyer beware, thieves on the loose...

Courtesy Honda has no Courtesy. This is what the car looked like when I got it back from the Workshop. I have the car for service and body shop work on the 30th of April and got it back after a daily follow up on the 11th of May in a condition that’s totally unacceptable. I was being pursued all this while to get the rubbing done so that the car would look shiner and little did I know they were trying to hide the damage done while the car was at the service centre. Probably they parked the car below a jamun tree an lad let it be there for days. Car was deliberately delivered late evening so that the spots were not so visible. It’s a shame on how HONDA treats their vehicles and consumers.

Bought elevate 2 months back, have raised complaint about faulty horn and rattling issue on call, on email, spoke to CRM as well as the service head. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Will change dealership for second service, maybe cherish or ring road honda. Courtesy people dont bother sale of the vehicle. FYI, purchased insurance and extended warranty too from there. These people only want money.... customer satisfaction is the least priority for them. I wish I could name the folks I have dealt with so far....but no point in that...move on. Its us the customer who have put in hard earned money...choose your dealership wisely.
