I got a call from them asking if I'd be interested in a test drive of Honda Elevate...I responded Yes and asked them to schedule one. Several months down the line, every now and then I keep getting calls to check if I'm interested in a Honda City, but none for the test drive for Honda Elevate. Yesterday I was there at 6:35 and not a single person in the showroom that I could talk too... I barely got the price list and walked out...

Tldr: If you want to spend money, then the service will be good, else pathetic service. My service due date and an important work were on the same day. So I booked servicing in 4 days advance so that my work won't be affected. On the day of servicing, car was picked up in morning on time. I denied various "extra" services they try to jam in to scam you. After passing of expected time of drop-off, I tried calling them. First, they pick calls after some 10th attempt. Then they said that service was done and car was on the way to home. But even after 1.5 hours and various calls, car was never home. And we live just 2.5 km from shop! I had to call the GM for them to act! And they still took 1 hour more. Won't recommend.

It has been an excruciatingly painful four months of enduring broken promises and false assurances, during which we have been left stranded without our car. Adding salt to the wound, Honda's automated messages celebrating the car's first-year anniversary ring hollow when we haven't even seen the vehicle for four months. I've visited branch for test drives, only to find the car in an unacceptable state. Dirty seats, paint stains, loose plastics, and malfunctioning cruise control - hardly what I expected from a brand boasting of quality and reliability.

Pathetic place. They are not a service provider but a place full of goons and thieves. I was a victim, but you guys please save yourself from this place. They replaced the original parts with the fake ones. Once you are into PRIME HONDA, your Honda car is not genuine anymore, and they takes minimum 35-40 days when it comes to insurance. Do buy a Honda but not from here. Aage aapki marzi dosto. A genuine feedback from a victimized customer
