Crystal Honda - Honda Dealer in Pune

We arrived at the service center at 9am for out 1st service of the newly bought Honda Elevate car. (Appointment taken prior) It is around 12:20 now and still they have not completed their servicing now. There is no sought of professionalism maintained at the service center. The customer relationship manager is not present at the location for taking any complaint nor his/her number is reachable for any further communication. No amount of cleanliness is maintained at the entire service center including the restrooms. Not at all happy with their after sales service! Rating: 1/10 very poor quality of service at wagholi.

Polite staff, considerate efforts to attend customers. Booked Honda elevate, got timely delivery with good support by Padmakar.

My recent service amount was 18500 and out of that 10000 was labour and what they covered under 10k regular service, AC cleaning and break pad change. This is really a SWINDLE. I will recommend to service your vehicle in a private garage and pay a reasonable amount as labour. Their external and internal cleaning is also pathetic.
