Good knowledgeable staff, good deals and facilities for test drive and colour choice. The showroom is currently under renovation which is why most new cars are currently kept in the garage adjoining it. I think they can be viewed there better instead of under the lights of the showroom.

I had a very bad experience just before covid. I raised my concern about it but it went through the drains during covid. Not a reliable service centre in terms of service personnels. The shop floor workers stole my car's 2 back sensors. They must have done it to fit someone else's car as it is not available in the market. Because itz limited edition. So watch out when you give ur car for service. Except this incident, regarding their service i am happy and they offer quick and timely services.

I would like to thank Akshay Gajmal and Sagar Chavan for their continuous support during my purchase. They patiently answered all my questions and clarified any doubts that i had. I just got my Amaze S CVT delivered 2days ago. Mr. Prasad from the sales team constantly assisted us and we were happy about the deal. Regular follow ups after delivery were also taken by Saylee and Prasad. The pre sales experience was good. On the day of delivery the staff was supportive and joined the celebration. Basic necessary things like - Haar + Nariyaal + pooja thali was provided. Lemons you could carry. Infrastructure could be improved a little. I heard they have a renovation plan in progress, that would br great. Bottled water and good coffee mugs can be provided. Would share service experience soon. I hope my after delivery experience with the service center is as good as the delivery exp.

Good service center and only Deccan Honda service center in area. They do good job on servicing. I've visited 3 times so far for paid services they did good job, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. So far good experience only complaint is that waiting area is small and they should ask their customers and even advisers to properly wear masks 🎭 since it's pandemic time otherwise all good.
