What does CNG means in TataTigor?

CNG stands for Compressed Natural Gas. Methane (CH4) makes up the majority of compressed natural gas (CNG), which is a fuel gas that is compressed to less than 1% of its volume at regular atmospheric pressure. It is typically cylindrical or spherical in shape and stored and distributed in rigid containers at a pressure of 20–25 megapascals (2,900–3,600 psi). CNG can be used in conventional petrol/internal combustion engine cars that have been adapted or in vehicles designed expressly for CNG use, either on its own (dedicated), in combination with another fuel (bi-fuel), or with a segregated liquid fuel system to increase range. Tata Tigor CNG has petrol+CNG fuel option. To know more about Tata Tigor, please click here Tata Tigor CNG Specifications
