Atumobile Atum Vader
Atumobile Atum Vader Latest Update
Last updated on 8th May'23 : The Atumobile Atum Vader is a compact, entry-level, basic electric motorcycle coming from the house of Telangana-based EV start-up Atumobile Private Limited. Seeking inspiration from the two-stroke retro motorcycles from the yesteryears, the Atum Vader is available in a single variant.
Battery and Motor: Powering the rear wheel of the Atumobile Atum Vader is a hub-mounted 2.4 kW electric motor, which enables the motorcycle to attain a top speed of 65 kmph. The Atum Vader also comes with a portable battery pack. However, Atumobile hasn’t revealed the battery capacity of this electric motorcycle.
The Atum Vader features two riding modes – eco and normal. In the eco mode, the motorcycle has a capped top speed of 25 kmph, and returns a range of 100 km in this mode. On the other hand, the normal mode has a top speed of 65 kmph, with the Atum Vader claiming a range of 82 km in this riding mode.
Design and features: The Atumobile Atum Vader looks like retro roadsters and café racers from the years flown by. The simple-looking design of this electric motorcycle consists of a rounded headlamp, which looks modern with its all-LED illumination. For more authentic old-school appeal, the Atum Vader comes with 17-inch spoke wheels at both ends. The café racer's inspiration in the design of the Atumobile Atum Vader can be seen in the tapered single seat of the electric motorcycle. In place of a conventional fuel tank, the Atum Vader comes with a huge body panel which covers half of the motorcycle from both sides and sports a dual-tone paint theme. These body panels mask the battery beneath them. The Atum Vader has a seat height of 809mm and a ground clearance of 230mm. The Atum Vader also features a fully-digital instrument console, which displays basic information like motorcycle speed, remaining battery level and range. The chopped-off, simple-looking front and rear fenders of the motorcycle add to the retro look, with the rear fender coming attached with the LED tail lamp. The motorcycle comes with 100/90-17 tyres and has a storage capacity of 25 litres beneath the body panels.
Colours: Atumobile is offering the Atum Vader for sale in two different colour options – an all-black and a dual-tone black and blue paint scheme.
Rivals: Atumobile has priced the Atum Vader at Rs 99,999. At this price, the nearest competitor to this electric motorcycle is Oben Rorr. It also competes with Pure EV ecoDryft and Revolt RV400.
