Both can be used, but normal unleaded petrol is usually enough for the Yamaha FZS-FI BS6 unless Yamaha specifies a higher octane for your exact model year. "Power" or premium petrol is optional, not compulsory; it may help only if you notice knocking/pinging or poor fuel quality at a particular pump
