First thing, there's not everything bad about the Scooter, being a Owner of Ola S1 pro. The riding experience is really good. Although the scooter have glitches. The only bad thing about the scooter is their services and customer support
I've tried to reach out for the customer support for my ola scooter having some glitch, waited many days but not got my issue resolved and one day i got the text message showing that the brand campaign left to service your scooter. And after an hour i got the message showing that my scooter service is done. But scooter wasn't serviced at all, not even anyone from the company has came at all. All I've got s fake message from them. Tried to reach customer support for almost 3 days but all lines were busy. Not able to contact them. Written a Mail to support and haven't got reply from them at all. Now I have to visit to the service centre to resolve my issue. Even the salesman on the time of purchasing the scooter is giving us many fake and incomplete information any assurances about the service. Which completely came out false to us. The support from the company is poor in my case. Not even salesman was any supportive after the purchase. And put his hands up after a point taking no responsibility for the problem which has been occurred which is completele seperate matter.
In short the company is not giving service as is says at all, or as it is being told by the salesman of the company. There's not so bas about the Scooter, it is fine in terms of speed and average but still expected a better response and support form the company which is completely ignoring it's customers. The company is not trustworthy. Lost my trust from the customer support.
