Why is there a difference in online price and dealership price for Ather Rizta?

An on road price includes registration charges, road tax, insurance. Ex showroom price does not include all the essential components which are included in on road price. Dealership adds charges which they had bared to bring the vehicle from company to their dealership showroom and on road price which includes registration charges, road tax and insurance depending upon the period as per government rule, minimum 5 years insurance is compulsory.
