Bajaj Avenger 220 2010-2020 Mileage Tips

Air pressure vs Fuel economy

Keeping your car's tyre pressure at the recommended level improves fuel economy by up to 5%. Underinflated tyres create drag, causing the engine to work harder. Check air pressure every two weeks and before long trips. Slightly higher pressure (by 1-2 PSI) for highway drives can further boost mileage.

Smooth Ride Experience

Very good bike. It runs very smoothly and has an attractive design. The mileage is good, the seats are big and comfortable, and it offers good speed. Overall, a 220cc bike is much better than a 110cc bike.

Comfortable Long-Route Bike

Very comfortable for long routes. I’ve been riding this bike for the last 10 years, and it has consistently delivered good performance and comfort. The mileage is average, but it has low maintenance and a stylish look.

Cause severe backache when used for daily long rides. However, mileage is satisfactory but overall experience is average. A riders adjustable backrest can be of great help. Gear shifting is bit annoying at times.

Other than the pillion seating, the back shock absorber, rest all features of the bike is awesome. The power and mileage is excellent and would beat other bikes in its segment. Very nice for long drives. And classy.
