Hero Xtreme 125R Mileage Tips
Air pressure vs Fuel economy
Keeping your car's tyre pressure at the recommended level improves fuel economy by up to 5%. Underinflated tyres create drag, causing the engine to work harder. Check air pressure every two weeks and before long trips. Slightly higher pressure (by 1-2 PSI) for highway drives can further boost mileage.

It feels stable on rough roads. Small bumps are absorbed well and the seat does not throw you around. Sharp potholes will still be felt if you hit them fast, so slowing down helps. The bike settles quickly after bumps and continues straight. Riding one gear higher on rough patches often makes the en

Yes. The bike handles tight turns well if you balance the clutch and look through the turn. The handlebar gives enough control and the front stays stable. In very tight lanes a little rear brake helps manage speed. After a few days you understand the turning limit and pace. U turns start to feel smo

Scraping is rare if you ride with basic care. Ground clearance is good for city bumps and the suspension handles normal speed breakers well. With a pillion it is better to slow down and take tall bumps at an angle. The rear suspension controls bounce so the bike stays straight. If you ease off the t

Steering effort is light so small direction changes feel easy. The front tyre responds well to gentle inputs and the bike turns without resistance. It may not be the absolute lightest 125 but it feels more stable once speed increases. After you learn the turning circle weaving through traffic become
