At first appearance, the Royal Enfield Scram 411 resembles its larger sibling Himalayan, but it has undergone major design tweaks to stand out. TheScram 411 is more of a dual-purpose motorbike that will accommodate you if you want to ride it off the asphalt. The available colours are young, vibrant, and cool. The handlebar of the Scram 411 is lower and more inclined to face the rider. Unlike the Himalayan, the Scram lacks both the windscreen and the metal frame that connects the fuel tank and headlight assembly. The bike has a redesigned rear grab handle, a cast metal headlamp cowl, and a long single seat for the rider and pillion. In order to improve the Scram's appearance, additional dual-tone paint choices are available. Additionally, the badging is mounted on a special badge plate rather than the fuel tank.

The colours available are Graphite-Red, Yellow, and Blue, Skyline Blue and Blazing Black, White Flame and Silver Spirit models.

Summary

The Royal Enfield Scram 411 is more of a dual-purpose motorcycle that may be used off the paved road. The colours offered are fresh, lively, and hip. In comparison to the Himalayan, the new Scram 411 seems friendlier and more agile.

Engine & Performance 9

A 411cc air-cooled, two-valve SOHC engine powers it mechanically. The engine can generate a maximum torque of 32 Nm and 24.3 bhp of peak power. In order to meet the requirements of the bike, Royal Enfield upgraded the engine. A five-speed constant mesh gearbox is offered to accompany the engine. The motorcycle weighs 185 kg and has a 15-liter gas tank. The Scram 411 has a responsive throttle and can change gears at low speeds. Large 19-inch wheels make turning and passing easier because they increase manoeuvrability.

Summary

The Scram's 411cc engine is the same engine that drives the Himalayan, but it has been adjusted specifically for the Scram 411. The smooth throttle response and low-speed gear shifting make it more ideal for city driving and off-road driving.

Tyres, Brakes And Features 9

The 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel of the Scram 411 are mounted on dual-purpose tyres. Ground clearance on the new Royal Enfield Scram 411 is 200 millimetres. The Himalayan, in contrast, has a 220 mm ground clearance. Dual-channel ABS is used in conjunction with 240mm and 300mm rear disc brakes to assist the braking system.

It receives an analogue speedometer that is shared with the Meteor in terms of characteristics. The different travel details are shown on a tiny LCD display. The Tripper Navigation pod is an additional option that is available when picking up a motorbike or for any service.

Summary

The large 19-inch tyres on the bike make it easier to manoeuvre and go around curves on off-road trails and in city conditions. The Scram 411 is a fun motorbike to ride, but having switchable ABS available would have made off-roading more pleasurable.
