The only positive I see here is the waiting period. I got my sonet within a week. The did not did my documentation work properly, many mistakes in insurance.. I had to go to the showroom a couple of times to get it corrected As the first-time buyer I do not have any idea of what documents to collect. They did not even give me RTO papers until I ask after couple of days If you find any scratches on the vehicle, don't accept it. They will not allow you to see the PDI, before delivery only you can see the vehicle and for the scratches they will say they can be corrected in 1st service.. but it will not happen.

worst Kia service centre, doesn't take responsibility of the car were the damaged by third party music system holder and denied to fix it neither , also scammed fuel too. non co-opertaive denial of service. worst service....
