Hero Passion Pro 2008-2023 Detailed Review
The Hero Passion Pro 110 BS6 is a good-looking commuter motorcycle. It carries forward the legacy of the old Passion Pro but underneath it is a completely new motorcycle. The new Passion Pro is a youthful 110cc commuter that has been positioned between the 100cc entry-level bikes and the 125cc premium commuters in Hero MotoCorp's India line-up. The updated Passion Pro BS6 looks sportier and more stylish compared to its predecessor. At the front, it gets a redesigned fascia with a new headlamp cowl. The side profile of the motorcycle has also been updated and it now gets new sporty graphics on the body panels.
A completely revised fairing and a muscular fuel tank are hallmarks of the Passion Pro. The motorcycle now has an optional triple-tone colour shade, which improves its all-around aesthetic appeal. The long, single-piece seat on the new Passion Pro provides excellent levels of comfort. The motorcycle has a striking contrast thanks to the blacking out of the engine and exhaust. It has an upside-down U-shaped tail lamp at the rear. Currently, there are four different colour choices for the Hero Passion Pro. They are metallic colours in Glaze Black, Sports Red, Moon Yellow, and Heavy Grey. Hero MotoCorp additionally offers the 100 million Celebratory Edition variant.

The updated Hero Passion Pro is powered by an all-new BS6 compliant 113.2cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine and it gets Hero’s XSens fuel-injection technology. This BS6 motor churns out 9.15 PS of maximum power at 7500 RPM and 9.79 Nm of peak torque at 5000 RPM. Now, if we compare the new Passion Pro BS6 with the BS4 model, so this new motor churns out 0.37 PS less power but 0.79 Nm more torque than before. The engine comes mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox and like most other Hero MotoCorp bikes, it gets Hero's patented i3S or idle start-stop system too.
The i3S system helps to maximize fuel efficiency and the company claims that the new BS6 version of the motorcycle is around 5 percent more fuel-efficient than the BS4 model. So, the new Passion Pro BS6 delivers around 60-70 kmpl of mileage in real-world driving conditions. The Passion Pro offers decent performance too. This motorcycle has not been designed for outright performance. It is a commuter motorcycle, and it does its job well. This new BS6 engine of the motorcycle is very refined, and one can hardly feel vibrations while riding sedately.
Summary
Due to its new BS6 engine's reliable performance and exceptional fuel efficiency, the new Hero Passion Pro BS6 makes a terrific commuting motorbike. It also receives a kick-starter - a rarity these days.

Just like all other sub-150cc Hero motorcycles and scooters, the new Passion Pro also gets an integrated braking system (IBS) as an additional safety aid. It offers good braking performance and what this IBS does is that it automatically engages the front brake too every time you apply the rear brake.
