Over time and in response to evolving needs, the iconic Splendor Plu has been updated with new features and a new Xtec variant. The Hero Splendor Plus Xtec was launched last year with Bluetooth connectivity and digital instrument cluster. Few months back, the brand introduced a new Xtec 2.0 version with LED lighting, hazard lamp and new colour options. With all these updates the brand has made the Splendor more feature loaded while retaining its original design. Powered by a 97.2 cc air-cooled engine, the Splendor is known for its efficiency and reliability and this trait is available in each and every Splendor variant. The Hero Splendor Plus Xtec comes with a starting price of Rs 79,911 (ex-showroom).

The Hero Splendor+ Xtec is a new version of the well-known Splendor motorcycle that has undergone minor aesthetic and functional upgrades. Despite having new color options and an LED DRL above the headlight, the motorcycle nonetheless retains its recognizable shape and distinctive appearance. The Xtec model comes with black alloy wheels, a plush seat, and a chrome exhaust. Everything is pitch black. Dual back springs and telescoping front forks are features of the motorcycle.

Compared to the conventional analogue instrument cluster seen in the majority of motorcycles in the segment, the Splendor Plus Xtec's digital instrument cluster is a big improvement. By displaying incoming call and message alerts on the screen via Bluetooth connectivity, it enhances convenience. Riders can track their fuel efficiency and modify their riding habits by using the real-time mileage metre, which is also a useful feature. Last Updated on 24th Mar'25: The Splendor Plus Xtec has not received any updates in a long time and continues to sell in three variants – STD, 2.0, and Disc. This is basically a premium version of the regular Splendor, and it gets features like LED headlamps, an LCD instrument console, a mobile charging port, and an Idle Start-Stop system.
Honda introduced the updated Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 at the end of May this year. It features new colour options, graphics, an LED headlamp, body elements, and a fully digital cluster with USB connectivity. However, it retains the same hardware and engine as before.
