They've been teasing the launch with a series of videos and images, and now, the Himalayan 450 brochure has been unveiled, giving us a comprehensive look at the upcoming bike.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 Features: The Himalayan 650 ADV is anticipated to come equipped with a wide array of features such as LED lighting, a digital instrument panel, a USB phone charging port, dual-channel ABS and perhaps even riding modes. Additionally, Bluetooth connectivity for navigation support may be added, improving the whole riding experience. Recently, a test mule of the upcoming Himalayan 450 was spied on with a cruise control button; hence, we can expect the same to be carried forward on the 650 as well.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 Engine: The Himalayan 650 will probably use the same 648cc parallel-twin engine as seen on the current 650cc lineup. This engine is air/oil-cooled and produces a peak power of 47 bhp & a peak torque of 52.3 Nm. This engine will feature on the Himalayan 650 but with slight changes to its ECU and gear ratios. It is a reliable unit that is known for its rich torquey character.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 Price & Rivals: The Himalayan 650 ADV will enter the market as a rival to well-known models like the Kawasaki Versys 650 and the Triumph Sport 660. The Himalayan ADV is expected to debut by 2026 with an expected price tag of upwards of Rs 4 lakh.
