Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 Teaser Details

The teaser clip itself, unfortunately leaves a lot of things to the audience's imagination, with barely glimpses of the bike seen in the frame. Given that the teaser states a reveal date of November 4, the two major possibilities appear to be either a Himalayan 750, which has been spotted testing on multiple occasions, and would probably make the most sense to be shown at a global scale. If this does turn out to be the Himalayan 750, it could be the first motorcycle on the new 750 platform, followed by the Continental GT 750.

Given the spy shots, the Himalayan 750 will possibly make use of a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear wheel. The frame will also likely be suspended on adjustable USD forks and an adjustable monoshock for the swingarm. As for the brakes, it will use a Bybre twin-disc setup at the front and a Bybre disc at the rear. The powertrain is going to be a bored-out version of the 648cc. parallel-twin engine.

There are also rumours of a more hardcore rally-spec like motorcycle based on the Himalayan 450 platform. However, the details around this are far too murky to be confirmed just yet. That said, if things do get confirmed, this could turn out to be an even more off-road focused version of the Himalayan, with more suspension travel, bigger brakes, knobby tyres, a flat seat and more. It could also preview the Dakar motorcycle Royal Enfield has been developing for many years.
The full story comes out on November 4, along with many other motorcycles also to be seen at the 2025 EICMA.
Verdict
The upcoming Himalayan 750 is likely to make its global debut at the EICMA, and an India launch could soon follow when Royal Enfield hosts the 2025 edition of Motoverse. It may possibly have no direct rivals at first, but the Triumph Tiger Sport 800 could likely be one when it gets launched here.
